HOW TO: Add workgroup members to a SHA Committee

Navigate to the SHA Committee Workgroup you would like to edit

Go to https://www.afdo.org/sha-committee/ and find the workgroup you’d like to edit, then navigate to that page by clicking the workgroup link.

Navigate to the page editor

Make sure you’re logged in to afdo.org. Once you are, you will see a black bar at the top of the Workgroup page. Click the “EDIT PAGE” link.

Open the “Document Overview” panel

Document overview allows you to have more control over content select. To enable or open it, look in the upper left corner of the screen. When you see an icon that looks like 3 stairs – click on it.

Duplicate the “Workgroup Lead” section

  • Navigate to the bottom of the page, until you see a section called “Workgroup Lead”
  • Select the heading called “Workgroup Lead”
  • In the document overview, select the CONTAINER that is directly above the “Workgroup Lead”
  • With the container selected, click the “More Options” icon (the 3 dots icon)
  • You will see a dropdown menu appear, select “Duplicate”

Modify the duplicated section to be the “Workgroup Members” section

Now that you have duplicated the previous section, now you can:

  • Change the heading to “Workgroup Members”
  • Replace the paragraph blocks with member information (First Last Name, Title, Organization)

Save your changes

Once you are done making edits, remember to save your changes by clicking the “save” button at the upper right corner of the page editor.
